Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from Faucetras include a 30-day limited warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects, including faulty stitching, defective components, or parts arriving damaged.
  • Products that fail to function properly during normal, intended household use.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering.
  • Cosmetic imperfections (scratches, dents) that do not affect performance.
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or assembly.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a defect, please contact our support team. To help us assess your claim quickly, we may request:

  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A description of the defect and how it occurred
  • Return of the item for inspection (if necessary)

Resolution

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement product (same model or equivalent)
  • A full refund to your original method of payment

In some situations, issues may be resolved with replacement parts instead of sending a full replacement.

Shipping Costs

  • Approved warranty claims: Faucetras covers return shipping and replacement shipping.
  • Non-warranty issues: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Extended Manufacturer Warranty

Some products may include additional warranty coverage provided by the manufacturer. If applicable, details will be included inside the product packaging or documentation.
